Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Burlington Toronto

Had a great stay at Hampton inn at Burlington, ON, Canada for five days. The staff were super friendly and our rooms were pretty clean. We had booked a studio room for 4 people and felt that the layout of the room was pretty thoughtful. The rooms were cleaned the every other day to ensure a blissful stay.

EDIT: This new location is top notch! Minutes from the highway, it was a short drive from Mississauga. JOHN, who covered the night shift was so pleasant and kind, going out of his way to secure a late check out for us. Now, the Breakfast staff was 6 stars! ⭐. JESUS and NELL were the kindest, most attentive hosts. Jesus welcomed me like a VIP . I later saw him on his hands and knees cleaning the bases of the tables. The food was hot, fresh, and beautifully presented. The menu also included vegetation options. MELANIE who covered the desk for the evening shift, got us checked in quickly, and then was a sweetie to find the water bottle I had left in our room after checkout. CAROLINE graciously extended our late checkout and invited my party to use the dining room as long as we wanted. Finally, the rates are very reasonable! Parking is free and ample. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are nice! Long counters, modern fixtures, and a large shower with nice hot water. In summary: stay here!

This is a great hotel to stay! Breakfast is the best, room is consistently very clean and the entire team is really having a great teamwork to make their guest's experience the best one and very memorable. Keep it up guys!

Nothing much walkable, small friendly bar in the foyer does some food. Minimart. Nice new rooms. Decent snow clearance. Somewhat spartan breakfast - no bacon and corn syrup (no maple)!

We stayed for four days and had a comfortable experience overall.The receptionists are all so nice. The rooms are modern, beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was the main area for improvement. The selection was limited—mostly oats, cereal, waffles, muffins, bananas, apples, and clementines, with no vegetables and little variety during our stay. As someone who doesn’t eat eggs, I found the options repetitive and not very fresh. Other than the breakfast, the hotel was great. One thing to note: the hotel is pet-friendly, so let the staff know if you have any pet allergies. I hope this helps anyone considering a stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and had the privilege of meeting the general manager, Shelley. Until meeting Shelley, who went out of her way to offer her precious time to assist us during our stay, it was difficult to believe that there are still some good people in this world. There certainly is, and Shelley is just one of them. Talk of kindness, diligence, understanding, empathy, reasonableness, friendliness and discretion, she tick all the boxes. Thanks again for your kind assistance Shelley. Melanie was equally friendly, she offered assistance when it was needed. Thank you. I also met Brian who manages the hotel bar. He is a lively, very friendly and approachable gentleman. You couldn't be bored in the hotel when you have the opportunity to chat with helpful Brian. Thanks Brian. Surprisingly, I met my good friend Mariam at this hotel. I had lost contact with her for a couple of years due to the loss of my phone and change of number. I did ask for Mariam at her former work place, but I was told she no longer work there and I had no idea of her new work place, until I met her again at this hotel. Guess what? Mariam kindly offered assistance that was needed in this hotel. How could I have imagined that I would come in contact with Mariam at this hotel, and to offer me the help that I needed? As they say, the world is indeed a small place. My advise is to treat people right and or nicely in life because you never know when or where you could come in contact. As always, Mariam is a friendly, peaceful, quiet character and you can count on her diligence and kind assistance wherever possible. In terms of the hotel itself, it is only about 3 years old and very clean, while the location is also easily accessible and well within a few minutes walk or short drive to shops and other local services. The rooms are very comfortable and it is a safe environment. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Hello ! My company booked me to stay at the Hampton Suites Burlington and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was beautiful clean well designed & extremely spacious . The beds were super comfortable and I felt relaxed and peaceful. I would recommend this Hotel for Meetings , events or Just to rest. I would definitely stay there again.

We just stayed 7 nights and had a very comfortable stay. We had an issue as we checked in with our initial room but it was quickly rectified by the hotel manager. Very clean. Breakfasts were organized & efficient. Having coffee available all day was much appreciated and the warm apple strudels each afternoon was a great touch!
